The Student Portal allows Students to log into an individual Portal to obtain instant access to their information.

How can the Student Portal benefit your RTO?

Students often need access to information and documents at all times of the day and from any location.

The JobReady.RTO Student Portal provides Students with immediate access to check on their progress, view their timetable and upload (or download) assignments & documents.

The Portal allows Students to engage online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

Check their personal Timetable

• Review their Contact details

• Access Course resources and assessments

• Access all Letters and other Documents that you have issued to them

• Communicate with their Trainer and the RTO administration staff

• Check outstanding Invoices and Payments

• View their progress of their Enrolment

 

How can I allocate access to the Student Portal?

1. Edit the Party Details screen.

2. Select the Student Access tickbox

3. This will display a Login Credentials section.

   • Login – create a Username (this must be unique)

   • Password – create a secure password

4. Save the Party Details. 

These login details can now be provided to the Student.

How can a Student log into the Student Portal?

Students can log into the Student Portal via the same URL that you utilise to log into JobReady.RTO.

It is recommended that a link on your website be created for Student Login. This will ensure that Student's have ease of access to the Portal.
